One of the organizations working with RDC is the Annur Foundation which operates in Timor Leste. The country was formerly part of the Republic of Indonesia, but achieved independence in 2002. Timor Leste now has a population of around 1.2 million people.
Annur School is a school administered by the Annur Foundation. The school uses the national curriculum and has over 3000 students. However, due to financial constraints, the school still does not have its own library.
In line with the SDG of providing quality education, RDC intends to assist the Annur Foundation to set-up a library cum resource centre in order to equip the students with better learning facilities.
