Compliance with Regulations:
The Exhibitor agrees to comply with all venue rules, safety regulations, and any applicable laws.
Insurance:
The Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their property and personnel during the event.
Damage:
The Exhibitor agrees to be responsible for any damage caused to the booth space, venue property, or other exhibitors’ property.
Organiser Responsibilities
Venue Access:The Organizer will provide the Exhibitor with access to the venue at the agreed-upon times for setup, event operation, and teardown.
Security:
The Organizer will arrange for general security for the event; however, the Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Exhibitor’s property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Exhibitor:The Exhibitor may cancel their booking in writing. However, the deposit is non-refundable, and any additional payments made may be forfeited depending on the cancellation date relative to the event date.
Cancellation by Organiser:
If the event is cancelled by the Organizer for any reason other than force majeure, the Organizer will refund all payments made by the Exhibitor.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
Indemnification
The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with the Exhibitor’s participation in the event.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
Amendments
Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
